Vandals Flipping Smart Cars in San Francisco

Vandals have been flipping over Smart Cars in San Francisco. The small cars are lighter than others and more easily flipped than a regular car. It looks like quite a bit of damage is caused to the vehicles when they are flipped, including broken windows. Some smart car owners are concerned because they don't have garages for their vehicles leaving them vulnerable to the car tipping vandals.
