Parental controls are the next wave of technology that will make parents happy and keep teens safer. Ford safety director Andrew Sarkisian helped create MyKey. He explains the technology to the CBS Early Show in this video clip. Sarkisian says it works similar to the V-chip on the television. It can allow a maximum top speed and keep the radio from turning on until kids have buckled up. Sarkisian says MyKey is standard on the Ford 2010 Taurus and it will be standard on the next Ford Focus. Take a look:
