Gas Prices to Remain High During 2005

No one likes the new higher gas prices, but everyone better get used to them. If you are looking for gas prices to drop below $2 you may have a long wait. The Associated Press reports that $2 plus gas prices are likely to stick around. The AP says the Energy Department expects $50-plus crude oil levels to remain throughout 2005, which means gas prices will also stay high. The Energy Department also said it expects gas prices to average $2.35 a gallon nationwide in May.
