The Associated Press reports that $2 plus gas prices are likely to stick around. The AP says the Energy Department expects $50-plus crude oil levels to remain throughout 2005, which means gas prices will also stay high. The Energy Department also said it expects gas prices to average $2.35 a gallon nationwide in May.
